These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your registration and participation in YouthCon events operated by Coach Matt Adkins ("YouthCon," "we," "our," or "us"). By registering for any YouthCon event, you agree to these Terms.
Registration is complete upon submission of the registration form and, where applicable, receipt of payment. Spots are limited and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. YouthCon reserves the right to decline or cancel registrations at its discretion.
Ticket prices, including Early Bird discounts and scholarship pricing, are as listed at the time of registration. Prices are subject to change without notice. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
All ticket sales are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend after registering, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. In certain circumstances, we may offer a credit toward a future event at our discretion.
YouthCon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by YouthCon, registered attendees will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
Scholarship spots are limited and awarded at the sole discretion of YouthCon. Submission of a scholarship application does not guarantee a scholarship. Scholarship recipients will be notified directly.
YouthCon events are designed for students (minors). By registering your student, you as the parent or guardian:
All attendees are expected to participate respectfully and constructively. YouthCon reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others, without refund.
By attending a YouthCon event, you grant YouthCon the right to use photographs and video recordings taken during the event for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please notify us in writing before the event at [email protected].
YouthCon and Coach Matt Adkins are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in YouthCon events, except where required by applicable law. Attendance is at your own risk.
By registering, you agree to receive event-related communications via email and, if opted in, via text message. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued registration or participation in YouthCon events constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
